CoreSite Realty Corporation Declares Fourth Quarter 2012 Dividend

- Increases Dividend by 50% to $0.27 per Share -

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 2012-- CoreSite Realty Corporation (NYSE: COR), a national provider of powerful, network-rich data centers, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.27 per share on common stock and common stock equivalents for the fourth quarter of 2012. This increase represents a $0.09, or 50%, increase from the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.18 per share. The increased dividend reflects an annualized dividend rate of $1.08 per share compared to the prior annualized dividend rate of $0.72 per share.

The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2012.
